These sandbox terms describe how the SubDock demonstration behaves today. They are not a binding agreement, not consumer-facing legal terms, and do not create any relationship between you and an operator.

Use of the sandbox

The demo is offered for evaluation. Use fictional test data only — do not enter real personal, financial, business, or provider-authorization information.

Marketplace role (modeled)

SubDock is modeled as a marketplace between fictional demo sellers and buyers. Sellers are treated as independently responsible for their listings; providers are fictional and control nothing.

Prohibited use

See the Prohibited inventory policy. Violations may result in demo account suspension and narrowly scoped sandbox holds or reversals of modeled payouts. No real funds are held or reversed.

What still needs live-launch review

Operator legal identity and contact details.
Governing law, venue, dispute resolution and consumer statutory rights.
Liability, indemnity, warranties and disclaimers.
Payments, refunds, tax handling and receipts.
Termination, suspension, notice and effective-date sections.

Any production version of these terms must be written and approved by qualified counsel and reflect the real operator's identity and jurisdictions.
