Sandbox refund behavior
DEMO document — not legal advice
SANDBOX ONLY · No real funds move. Every "refund" below is a simulated demo outcome recorded in the sandbox ledger for testing.
Simulated eligible reasons
- Fictional delivery failed or exceeded the offer SLA.
- Simulated redeem artifact reported as invalid or already used.
- Wrong plan, wrong region, or misleading terms on a demo listing.
- Simulated revocation within the dispute window.
Sandbox process
- Open a dispute from your demo order page.
- Filing window: within 7 sandbox days of a delivered demo order.
- Seller response window: 3 sandbox days after opening.
- Support decision window: 5 sandbox days after seller response.
- Evidence: you may attach a short narrative; file uploads are a live-launch integration.
- Appeal: one appeal round handled by an operator-role account (modeled).
- Opening a dispute freezes the simulated seller payout on the affected order.
Not simulated as eligible
- Buyer changed their mind after confirming activation on a valid demo item.
- Requests that would violate the modeled provider's own terms.
Outstanding for live launch
- Real refund destination, timing, currency conversion and fees.
- Tax and invoice adjustments after a refund.
- Statutory consumer rights per jurisdiction (EU, UK, US state-level, etc.).
- Chargeback and network-level dispute integration.
Live refund behavior is a payments-integration and legal-review gate; it is not represented by this sandbox.
