Sandbox seller policy

Onboarding (modeled)

Sellers submit fictional business details, territories, payout-readiness acknowledgement, authorization source and expiry metadata, and consent to these sandbox policies. Applications are modeled through a demo review flow before publishing rights are granted.

Allowed inventory (four types only)

• Affiliate redirect — link to the provider's official checkout with an authorized code applied.
• Authorized redeem code — single-use code the buyer applies on the provider's site.
• Provider license — a license/seat provisioned by the provider to the buyer directly.
• Provider-approved invite — an invitation email accepted from the buyer's own inbox.

Explicitly banned

• Any form of household, "family slot" or shared-seat resale — unless a future specific provider expressly authorizes it in writing and the buyer's eligibility can be verified.
• Shared logins, passwords, cookies, session tokens, account transfers, raw API keys or bearer tokens.
• Stolen, scraped, resold-without-authorization, chargeback-funded or otherwise grey-market codes.
• VPN-assisted geo-circumvention or bypassing provider eligibility rules.

Evidence and provenance

• Every offer must map to a pre-approved provider and SKU.
• Authorization evidence is required per organization and, where relevant, per provider.
• Evidence must be re-verified and re-uploaded on a documented cadence, and cannot list an expired date.
• Sellers warrant provenance of every redemption artifact and accept that fraudulent or unauthorized inventory results in removal, simulated payout hold, and (in a live launch) legal escalation.

Enforcement

• Fulfillment methods are constrained by a database enum; nothing else can be listed.
• Sensitive edits (SKU, price, territories, authorization) return an offer to review.
• Repeated or serious violations lead to suspension and simulated payout hold.

Outstanding for live launch

• Real KYC/KYB, tax onboarding (W-9/W-8/DAC7 as applicable) and beneficial-ownership checks.
• Signed reseller/affiliate agreements per provider and evidence retention policy.
• Independent audit rights and appeal workflow with defined SLAs.
• Simulated payout holds become real payout holds only after a payment/payout integration is in place.
